When I'm not teaching drawing and painting at Mainstreet Art Centre or painting a portrait, I'm usually creating a daily painting of just about anything that pops into my head. I love creating these little paintings-- and I hope that you enjoy viewing them!
This painting was created as a demo for my Impressionism workshop at Mainstreet Art Centre. It was painted with a palette knife and loads of oil paint. Everyone tried their hand at the scene, and the results were spectacular.
You demonstrate the superb effects that the palette knife is capable of. Love the orange foliage and those tree trunks.
